Choc Latte

2 oz espresso

2 tsp cacao powder

1 tsp sugar (or any sweetener)

2 oz whipping cream

3-4 oz milk of choice 

chocolate shavings 

1. Add chocolate to hot espresso and mix until fully combined.

2. In a separate cup, combine cacao powder, sugar, whipping cream. Froth until thick consistency.  

3. In your serving cup, add in ice, espresso, and milk. Mix it up..

4. Top it off with the chocolate whipping cream (chocolate cold foam)

5. Garnish with chocolate shavings to elevate the drink!! 🙂

    What type and how much chocolate do you add to expresso? Maybe I’m missing something as I see powder is for creamy foam and chocolate shavings are the topper!
    Also, can you use dark roast coffee instead of expresso or does that ruin the flavors???
